Onava is a free iOS app for a morning ritual and daily intentions. It starts with whatever your morning already is — breathing, a stretch, a run, coffee, your journal — and only then asks what today is for. You write one to five intentions; the first becomes your main one. In the evening, a single line closes the day. No account, no subscription, no tracking: everything stays on your iPhone and works offline.
